Recipe: Shrimp Batter

Greetings All,

I use this recipe often and decided to post it up here so I don't have to keep pulling out my recipe books.  It is simple and super fabulous!

Shrimp Batter
1 cup ice water
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl melted butter

Mix all the dry ingredients, then stir in the egg and water and finally the melted butter.  Dip your shrimp or anything else, deep fry and feel your arteries harden as your belly sings a happy tune!
