Recipe: Fajita Marinade

Greetings All,

I am posting this here for me to be able to find again more than anything else, but I have used this a couple of times now and absolutely love it!

Fajita Marinade

1/2 cup Lime Juice
2/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Olive Oil
8 cloves of Garlic minced
4 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro finely diced

Mix all of this together, put on chicken or beef, let it sit overnight or for a couple of hours prior to cooking, leaving your meat in the marinade while you let it warm up to room temperature before you cook it.
